Nancy McNaughton is a Health Professional educator with over thirty years experience in the field of simulation based education primarily working with Simulated Participants. She is an Assistant Professor with the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto and a Scientist with the Wilson Centre for Research in Education at the University Health Network. Dr. McNaughton is a qualitative researcher with special interest in mental health simulation and the role of emotion and affect in communication training and professional development.
